Daniel Szeto is the Director of Foundation Global Education, which includes Foundation Education Programs and our counseling service, Foundation Education Services.   He was a co-founder of Foundation Programs in 2001 and directed its recruiting and admissions efforts.   He has been the leader in broadening the vision of the initial program, developing new programs, and creating the new corporate structure.   Daniel was born in Hong Kong and still resides there with his wife and three children.   He left Hong Kong for high school and attended and graduated from The Webb Schools in California before earning both his bachelor's and master's degrees in engineering from Cornell University in New York.   He spent ten years in Asia working in strategy formulation, business development, and operations management for various industries.   During this time, however, he was developing a passion for education that had both a global and cross-cultural perspective.   He was keen to use his corporate skills to form an organization that would bring students from around the world to China for an intensive learning experience.  That single program, previously called Glimpses of China, has now been transformed into three Perspectives programs in China, India, and now Brazil for 2011.  

Peter Yeung, Chief Consultant, was born in Hong Kong and received his university education in the United States and Canada, receiving his bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Toronto.   After graduation Peter joined Deloitte & Touche and earned the professional qualifications of a Canadian Chartered Accountant and Project Management Professional.   He has also served as the finance and administrative manager for a US pharmaceutical firm's China division, as Asia-Pacific program manager for a US information systems integrator, as investment director of a mining company in China, and as a management consultant advising a state-owned enterprise in North China.   With over twenty years of multinational experience in financial management, direct investment, and project management, his broad expertise in dealing with international businesses and governmental officials in both China and the West are important as Foundation Global Education expands its programs.   Peter resides in Hong Kong and travels frequently to Mainland China.
