Teacher/administrator supervisors and college-age Teaching Assistants will stay in the same residential facilities as the students.   Teacher/administrators and TAs will be scheduled to be on duty 24-hours each day and will be available for any emergencies.  

In case of illness or medical emergency, students will have access to experienced physicians and medical facilities.   Parents or guardians will be called in such cases.  

Parents and guardians can check the status of the programs through e-mail or by calling our office in Hong Kong or the program supervisors on site.   Students will also have access to the internet.   Contact details are listed on the back cover of this brochure.  

We will closely monitor travel and safety warnings issued by the World Health Organization as well as consulates of the US, the UK, and other relevant countries.   We will not hesitate to cancel or curtail the program or evacuate the participants if so advised by the relevant governments in the event of extreme conditions.  

All students should bring with them or be prepared to buy after joining the program a mobile phone that accepts SIM cards.   For safety and security students are required to carry operational mobile phones with them whenever they are away from the program centers.
